Baltimore, MD – July 9, 2018 – INDMEX Aviation, an airport and surveillance systems company, has completed the deployment, upgrade and expansion of its AirBOSS Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) and its Vehicle Movement Tracking (VMT) Systems at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall). BWI Marshall Airport has experienced significant growth in its passenger and flight operations over the past five years. Through the upgrade by INDMEX, BWI Marshall expanded its use of the AirBOSS system beyond snow removal teams to include airfield operations, maintenance and electrical teams. Data from the upgraded system is now used at the Airport Operations Center (AOC) daily to more effectively manage field personnel, monitor aircraft surface operations and coordinate with FAA air traffic controllers and carriers during irregular operations.
